My New Crush

His name is Cory Monteith and he's best known for his role as highschool jock boy with the wonderful voice on Glee, aka Finn Hudson. In case you've been living under a rock, Glee is one of the hottest must watch shows on TV these days. It's about a bunch of musically talented high school kids who just want to belong and Mr. Schuster, Glee's director who've always dreamed of living a musical career.

Cory may play a highschool boy on TV but he's actually 27 years old already. He was born on May 11, 1982 at Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

If there's anything I love more than a cute guy, it's a cute guy with talent. If the show's great soundtrack and interesting story plot aren't enough reasons to watch Glee, well I give you another reason to do so: eye candy Cory Monteith.

Dash Games

I'm almost in my mid-20s and yet, there are still certain things I haven't outgrown. For instance, I still love love love spending my past time playing games. Speaking of which, I just played two new Dash games courtesy of Playfirst: Hotel Dash and Cooking Dash 2.

First off, Hotel Dash. I find the game pretty challenging. The objective of the game is to help Quinn, Flo's friend as she books guests on different hotel locations by keeping all the guests happy.

Some of the dash games I've played also from Playfirst were pretty easy to finish but Hotel Dash isn't one of them that's why I really found this game interesting to play. I got to finish the whole game of course, thanks to Novitacu's blog which so generously posts links to full versions of games for FREE.

Cooking Dash 2 is another Dash game I've been playing. This time, Flo and Grandma are tasked to cook and feed production people. What I love about the game is it's also not that easy to get through all the levels plus there are new characters involved which gives certain game bonuses when they've been satisfied such as the director, the starlet and the movie star actor.

Anyway, I guess there's no shame in still being a child at heart. Playing games relieves me of stress I encounter at work and school which is good. After all, who wants to look old and tired at such a young age, right? Everyone has their own way of relieving stress and this is one of mine. (",)

P.S. If you like to play the full versions of these games, just drop me a note and I'll gladly send you the link.

2012- My Opinion

2012 has been showing in theatres for I guess two-three weeks now but it's only this past weekend that I got to see it with my folks. For those who don't know, the movie is actually based on a prediction made by Mayans that the end of the world is on 2012.

I heard from some friends that the movie is corny and so not worth watching. I read a critic's review that 2012 the movie is like the actors casted on it - sinking. In other words, the movie stinks. I, on the contrary, find that the movie is worth your money.

I was literally holding my breathe almost the whole time specially during those parts when the land was breaking and there was fire everywhere. The special effects were really good which is actually the main highlight of the movie. It was pretty scary.

If 2012 is really the end of the world, then we haven't got much time do we? After all, it's 2010 already next year. What would you do if you knew when the end of the world would be?
