We’re in October already? Last stretch for the year 2020! Before we know it, it’ll be Christmas!😱 It’s going to be a very different Christmas this year, that’s for sure with the pandemic still around.
How was my September? Well, overall I would say it was a good month. Work has more busy times these days compared to April and May but it’s manageable. I still have time for other things. I credit the free times I am getting to the really good and dependable teams I have at work.

Highlights
1. I paid another credit card in full and closed the account
Since I realized I have way too many, I set a goal to close 3-4 of those cards. This is the second credit card I was able to successfully pay and close.
2. I bought new plants
A friend invited me to go to Cartimar, which is a place where you can buy a lot of affordable items, to buy pots and plants. It was an impulsive decision to go and I’m glad I did. I have new plants added on to my garden and at home!
Lowlights
I found out that I have fibroids. It’s apparently a common occurrence in women in their 30s and up. It’s a benign cysts (thank God!) that women can live without going into surgery unless it grows really big (which I hope it won’t!). I have another consult with the doctor some time this month about that and I only hope to come out of there breathing a sigh of relief.
There is a part of me that regretted going in for a consult cos had I not, then I wouldn’t know about this. But it’s also a good thing I did have myself checked up. At least I’m aware of what’s going on in my body and I can do something about it aka take better care of my health.
