As a newbie traveler, when looking for a place to stay, I instantly think about booking a hotel. But you know recently my eyes have been opened to other options. For instance, Airbnb:
“Whether an apartment for a month, a castle for a week, or a villa for a month, Airbnb connects people to unique travel experiences, at any price point, in more than 34,000 cities and 190 countries.” #WhereToNext #Airbnb #AirbnbPH
I’ve known about Airbnb for quite sometime. I even heard about a friend who found a place to stay in Europe via Airbnb. But I’ve only decided to check it out recently since I have a trip in Singapore coming up. And well let’s just say, I’ve found browsing through the listings enjoyable. And since Paris is my ultimate vacation dream, I thought I’d indulge myself in checking out some listings there.
This is the place that caught my eye:
|Montmartre with Love!
Beautiful photos right? It’s so chic and so Parisian to look at!
|A good night’s sleep in Paris in a cozy bedroom!
I can just imagine myself lying down in that bed after being out the whole day to see the sights in Paris.
It even has a balcony! I can just see myself leaning out of that balcony, looking down the streets of Paris. Ala Carrie Bradshaw looking out of her hotel window to see the Eiffel Tower in season 6 of Sex and the City. Ha! Ha! Well, while this place doesn’t have the same view, the streets of Paris is good enough for me!
According to the description of the place, the whole place can be rented out for a minimum of 3 days, maximum of 2 guests. A cozy apartment with my someone else. That would be wonderful!
The neighborhood where it is in has a lot of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, art galleries and tourist attractions. It also says that public transportation is easily accessible. Definitely sounds like an enticing place to stay for me! And it comes with an affordable price too at around Php3,647 a night. Not bad right?
The place has been well reviewed by other guests who have stayed there in the past – recent reviews might I add! Positive reviews are also something I consider before I book a place to stay in at and Montmartre with Love has glowing reviews – five stars!
I’ve already saved this on my Airbnb wishlist so that someday soon, I might just find myself there in Paris, renting out this apartment.
