When I got wind that the Hamilton Broadway musical was coming to Manila, I made sure my friends and I watched as soon as we could. Unionbank was a sponsor and since they had acquired Citibank, we were able to buy tickets during the pre-selling period.

Hamilton Broadway musical was held at Solaire Theatre. Out of the many musical plays I’ve seen in my lifetime, Hamilton now belongs to my top 3 alongside Rent and The Sound of Music. I first watched it on Disney+, the one where Lin-Manuel Miranda played the role of Hamilton. I loved the story and the songs, which have hip-hop and rap in their structure, were super catchy!

So here’s what I wore to the Hamilton Broadway musical:

The decision on what I’d wear to Hamilton was based on my shoes. My gorgeous pair of fuschia pink, Valentino shoes. It’s my first designer heels which I fell in love with immediately when I first spotted it in Adora, Greenbelt 5.

I wanted to go with a smart casual outfit so I chose to pair my denim jeans with a white spaghetti top and threw on a fuschia pink blazer. I got lucky that I have a blazer in the same shade as my shoes. Then for my bag, I brought my white Kate Spade bag.
